The Social Cost of Pornography: A Statement of Findings and Recommendations chronicles the discussions of the December 2008 consultation of 54 distinguished scholars. Sponsored by The Witherspoon Institute and co-sponsored by IPS, the rigorous 2-day seminar in Princeton, New Jersey featured leading experts from the fields of psychology, psychiatry, neurophysiology, economics, philosophy, sociology, law and political theory.  

The purpose of the conference was to address and offer recommendations regarding the profound and disturbing effects internet pornography is having on our society.
